This is a high pressure, high efficiency and low noise series Centrifugal Fan. The curve of features is smooth and high efficiency zone is wide. It can be applied to high pressure forcing ventilating for furnace and material conveying for cereal, forage and powdered ore. It can substitute for 8-18 and 9-27 series low efficiency fan.
 
The airflow should have no corrodible, no flammable and no stickiness. Hard granule is no more than 150mg/m3; airflow general temperature is no higher than 50°C, maximum temperature is 80°.
 
This series air intake is single intake; the position of air outlet is expressed by outlet angle. Six angles of air outlet: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180° and 225° are available for left rotary and right rotary fan.
 
Pipe-line of air outlet and intake should mount valve and the valve should be closed when fan starting up. After the fan is running, then open the valve to prescription position. The motor will be destroyed if there have no pipe-line in air outlet and air intake, or if the motor has no load. The current of the motor should not exceed its rated current
 
Sub-number and driven mode: For 4A, 4.5A, 5A, 5.6A and 6.3A, rotary speed: 2900rpm, motor: 2.2-30KW triphase AC motor; For 7.1D, 8D, 9D, 10D and 11.2D, rotary speed: 960-2900rpm, motor: 7.5-110KW triphase AC motor.
 
Full pressure: 2852-15376Pa, rate of flow: 824-21714m3/h.
Cover, impeller and motor are supplied as complete set for 4A-6.3A; Cover, impeller, driven module, motor and slide rail are supplied as components for 7.1C, D-10C, D.
 
7.1C, D-10C, D can be supplied as a complete set with V-iron pedestal according customer demand.
